At a glance

Total Rig Manager is expected to store account-backed vehicle records such as maintenance history, service dates, odometer readings, notes, and costs to support the app’s core features.

Current status

This policy describes the privacy approach currently planned for Total Rig Manager while the app is in development.

Information expected to be stored

The product direction currently includes vehicle details, maintenance history, dates, odometer readings, service notes, costs, and account information needed to keep those records associated with the right user.

How that information is expected to be used

The intended use is limited to core app functions such as displaying your vehicle history, syncing data between devices, scheduling reminders, exporting records, and responding to support requests you send us.

Storage and access

The current technical direction points to account-backed cloud storage with offline-capable local access. Data access is intended to remain scoped to the account owner and the devices signed into that account.

Third-party services

The implementation is expected to rely on infrastructure services needed for authentication, storage, and sync. The exact services in use should match the final shipped app and App Store disclosures.

Your choices

Once the app ships, users should be able to access, update, export, and request deletion of the account-backed records associated with their profile, subject to the final data model and platform constraints.
