Transparent Clock is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to these terms and any applicable App Store rules, you may install and use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

These terms apply to Transparent Clock, a macOS app developed by Nexus Technology Consulting. If you download the app through the Mac App Store, Apple’s storefront terms and standard EULA also apply where required.

Important note
Transparent Clock is a convenience utility. It is not designed for emergency, life-safety, industrial, navigation, medical, or other mission-critical use where delayed, incorrect, or unavailable time information could result in harm.
App functionality
Transparent Clock is a desktop utility for displaying time with customisable visual styles, multiple windows, chimes, and accessibility options. All currently available features are included free, and features may change over time through updates, compatibility work, or product decisions.
Free app
Transparent Clock is offered free of charge and contains no subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid content, advertising, or feature restrictions.
Privacy and external services
Settings, layouts, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Transparent Clock does not provide accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking, or purchase services. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your Mac configured the way you expect, including time, timezone, audio output, notifications, and general device security.
No warranty and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. Nexus Technology Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
